Ah, very cool. It's always fascinating to see old Roman stuff. I got to see and touch some old Roman stuff when I was in Spain. Western history would have been far less traumatic if the Empire had never fallen. The theory is that the downfall was the result of an accumulation of trends rather than any specific invasion. Isaac Asimov revisits this issue in his "Foundation" series, which is an allegory for the fall of the empire and fitfull rebuilding of western civilization after the fall, but set in space and with a "what if" element added.

Damn thats cool, I'm definitely reading that series, Thanks for telling me!!
I've seen so many documentaries about roman architecture and great buildings of Rome, it is amazing how detailed and perfectly designed these wonders are, I'm eager to read that series man! I'll see if I can get them of ebay or something....
