Greetings and Peace be upon ye all

well... I do not know where to begin.
I do remember that I posted earlier that I'm going to U.S.A. to study and live with my family.
well now I'm there, after some horrible things I've been through.

at the airport, the kind officer decided that I forged my visa, after asking me if I was muslim, and then Sunny or Shi'ite, I laughed thinking what does this have to do with anything..
I quote what he said:

"you lied, you're a lier, Its ok to lie in your culture but we don't lie here"

wow... I don't know what his wife did to him before he came to work.

to my shock I remained silent, not out of fear.

so I was put to immediate deportation proceeding or what ever they call it, Handcuffed behind my back and taken to the headquarters.
questioned for about 5 hours, they searched my baggage thoroughly, and asked me questions like: "you have pictures of airports and train stations in your camera, why?"

YEAH I AM GOING TO BLOW THEM UP

then, handcuffed again (this time, my feet, and my hands shackled to chains around my waist)

then I was taken to a detention center,
I stayed there for 29 days, and then released after my attorney proved that I do not pose an immediate threat to the public.

I still have to go to court and fight the charges they gave me,

1- visa fraud
2- attempting entry to the U.S. without valid documents.

I'm on parole right now till they determine if I'm eligible to stay in the U.S.

note that I came with a student Visa as a transfer student, not to work in a gas station and hide from the immigration.

one more thing, I was fingerprinted like 15,000 times.
